Developers have difficulty building relationships in other countries, advertising their properties to those countries and staying connected. It can cost them a lot of money in advertising without these relationships.
What solutions do you see helping to conquer this problem?








I think it is a matter of connecting with local realtors to find out where they have advertising success localy. Once they have a well presented and consistant advertising platform with the best in the specific country they will gain confidence from the public and the realtors. I think there is not much trust or confidence if you have sparatic ads in cheaper platforms that do not have a majority of the marketshare. Money must be put towards a budget..and it’s a matter of time and exposure. Offer incentives to realtors to send clients…
